Position Summary: This position serves as a primary interventionist in the education and treatment of children with Autism related disorders in providing 1:1 behavioral treatment. Our school utilizes the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), the educational standard and best practice for children on the Autism Spectrum. This position requires instructors to deal with diffidult situations due to the nature of working with this population of students. Instructors implement ABA in a range of areas including: peer integration, social interaction, communication, academics, self-help skills, gross-motor skills, language, functional living skills, recreation/leisure, pre-vocational skills, and behavioral management. Instructors must be able to maintain high emotional energy and display enthusiasm for the subject matter and individual student efforts.

Position Summary: The Clinical Supervisor position is responsible for the development, training, and implementation of individualized behavioral and skill acquisition programming. The CS provides direct supervision and training to staff on a daily basis and is responsible for the oversight of new hires, staff training, development and performance evaluations. The CS oversees the individualized programming for assigned students, including overseeing the development and assessment of student acquisition programming in collaboration with parents to develop comprehensive educational plans and ensure the overall quality and effectiveness of the day-to-day education and treatment of our students. This position oversees all aspects of curriculum development, extra-curricular activities, functional assessments, analysis of problem behavior, clinic meetings with parents, vocational programming and parent training (if needed). The CS manages a number of administrative tasks as they relate to their assigned students and the school as a whole.
Minimum Requirements: MA/MS in Psychology, Education or related field; 1 year in a supervisory role in a school or clinic setting.
BCBA preferred. Candidates working towards national certification as a behavior analyst will be considered.
3 years experience working with children with Autism utilizing ABA.
The applicant must be a team player that can work in conjunction with other supervisors and senior management towards organizational goals.
The applicant must be a dynamic leader who can work with a diverse staff with varying levels of experience in the field.
The application must be an effective communicator both internally with staff and externally with parents, community partners, etc.
The applicant will be motivated, energetic and reliable, with a passion for working with children with Autism.
The applicant understands that all conduct must reflect the highest level of professionalism at all times.
