Clinical Supervisor POSITION OPEN

Brooklyn Autism Center is currently hiring a full-time ABA Clinical Supervisor. The CS position is responsible for the development, training, and implementation of individualized behavioral and skill acquisition programming. This is an exciting managerial position within a growing organization. We are seeking a candidate who is a dynamic leader, an effective communicator, and an experienced ABA professional to join our team.

Position Summary: This position serves as a primary interventionist in the education and treatment of children with Autism related disorders in providing 1:1 behavioral treatment. Our school utilizes the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), the educational standard and best practice for children on the Autism Spectrum. This position requires instructors to deal with diffidult situations due to the nature of working with this population of students. Instructors implement ABA in a range of areas including: peer integration, social interaction, communication, academics, self-help skills, gross-motor skills, language, functional living skills, recreation/leisure, pre-vocational skills, and behavioral management. Instructors must be able to maintain high emotional energy and display enthusiasm for the subject matter and individual student efforts.
