Tuesday Peer Socialization Group:
The Brooklyn Autism Center offers a free peer socialization after-school program on Tuesdays from 3:15 to 4:30 pm. Children with autism and their typically developing peers from neighborhood schools play together, dance and collaborate on art projects under the supervision of BAC behavioral instructors. After-school sessions will be held on the following dates this year (2009):

- June 2, 9, 16, 23 & 30
- July 14, 21 & 28
- August 4 & 11
Parent Resource Library / 1:1 Counseling:
We have an extensive Resource Library and 1:1 counseling support for families of newly diagnosed children with autism. We can provide you with information to help you make decisions to plan an appropriate intervention and support system for your child and family. Library and counseling is available on Mondays from 3pm to 6pm. Please email sjorgl@brooklynautismcenter.org to make an appointment. You are not alone!
