The BAC Academy curriculum is individualized for each student in our program. Emphasis is placed on language and socialization, although the program targets all domains, including academic and daily living skills. Utilizing Applied Behavioral Analysis, instructors are able to maximize the learning potential of each student by reinforcing appropriate behavior. Each student works with one-on-one instruction from a qualified instructor, and is supervised by a qualified head teacher with a masters level degree in Special Education. All instructors have bachelors degrees in a related field and have completed our extensive training program as well as Alpine Learning Group’s week long training program. Head teachers have extensive behavioral training and several years of experience working with children with autism. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst on staff oversees the classroom and all aspects of programming and ensures the quality of teaching procedures and effective day-to- day goal keeping and objectives. All program decisions are data driven.
