The Brooklyn Autism Center is currently accepting student applications for the 2012-2013 and 2013-2014 school years. Please join us for an open house or call (718) 554-1027 for more information. We highly suggest visiting the BAC before beginning the application process.

Enrollment Application Form

The application fee for the Brooklyn Autism Center Academy is a non-refundable $200.00. Students are accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis as spots become available.
